Today, the attention of the entire world community is riveted to the theater of military operations in the east of Ukraine – the so-called hybrid Russia’s aggression against Europe. Unfortunately, many lose sight of the fact that at this very time the United States continues to work on improving its biological weapons, directed primarily against Russia and China.
It’s no secret that for a long time the USA, under the guise of scientific research, has been working to create a network of biolaboratories, mainly in the states of the post-Soviet countries. The work of these laboratories is supervised by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

After the start of the Russian military operation, more details about the American biological laboratories in Ukraine appeared. For example, during a Senate hearing, Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland, answering a question from congressmen about the presence of biological or chemical weapons in Ukraine, said:
“Ukraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we’re now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how we can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach”.
The same biological laboratories operate in Kazakhstan, where DTRA employees regularly visit. During their last visit earlier this year, the Americans lobbied to speed up the process of building their new high-security laboratory with underground storage for the most dangerous pathogens.
Of particular interest in this situation are the contractors that are supposed to be used in the construction – “CH2M Hill” and “Veatch Special Projects Corp”. The latter company was brought in by the US to operate its biolabs in Ukraine, as was “Metabiota”, which is associated with Hunter Biden. Therefore, we can conclude that the United States plans to carry out the same activities in Kazakhstan as in Ukraine.
Already now, American and Kazakh biologists are actively engaged in the joint study of the plague. In light of these facts, it becomes clear for what purposes the United States is making efforts to open a biological laboratory in Kazakhstan to study it.
The fact is that in 2016, an outbreak of plague among rodents was recorded in Mongolia, which spread to Russia. Later, the disease spread to people (Russians and Mongols). Mongolian virologists managed to establish that this outbreak of plague was caused by a virus characteristic exclusively for Kyrgyzstan.
At the same time, during the spread of the disease, the American military, including biologists, were in the same area of Mongolia. Even more interesting is the fact that shortly before this incident, American virologists were in Kyrgyzstan and were collecting pathogens of various diseases.
Therefore, it can already be concluded that at present, Kazakh and Kyrgyz pathogens of plague and anthrax are of interest to the United States in terms of their modernization in the laboratory and further experimental use as biological weapons.
The threat of US covert use of biological weapons against Russia increases significantly in a situation where Moscow demonstrates successes in a special military operation in Ukraine.
Therefore, if it is successfully tested, a new global threat is already being formed for the whole world, emanating from the United States, which can be secretly implemented against any country objectionable to America, including against one of the European states that refuses to act on the instructions of its overseas “partner”.
